Brackin Park, the public areas of The Boardwalk, and the adjoining parking lot areas during the conduct of the 2013 Emerald Coast Fall Classic volleyball tournament. 2. All tournaments will run from 7:30 am until approximately 5:00 pm each day. During the weekend we do anticipate heavy parking lot use because of local teams and spectators to the event. (2) Nets set up during the week that are not needed for planned events will be available for general public use. (3) Use ofa four wheeler will be needed during the conduct of the event. Primarily for set up and teardown. The use of this vehicle has been coordinated with Okaloosa County Sheriffs Department. We will also need to park a 26’ U-haul type truck near the beach access during the entire event for our equipment and supplies. (4) We will have a sports medicine team on site during the conduct of the Fud 4 Player. 3.
