RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -6
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE
SCHEDULE FOR ENGINEERING & UTILITY SERVICES
DEPARTMENT FEES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Whereas, over the last two years, the City implemented a new single -stream
residential recycling program in an effort to reduce the amount of waste entering
landfills, and
Whereas, there have also been numerous businesses throughout the City
requesting a recycling container over the past few months.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
