STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Pursuant to Okaloosa County Purchasing Procedures, purchases in
excess of $50,000 require Board approval prior to purchasing. Attached is Task Order 112 from
Peter Mayer Advertising in an amount not to exceed $191,255.00 for Online Media portion of
the BP Marketing Plan.
BACKGROUND: At the November 5, 2013 BCC meeting, the Okaloosa County Board of
Commissioners approved the BP Marketing Plan for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 through resolution.
Included in this plan was the Online Media portion of the BP Marketing Plan.
Task order reflects the Paid Media (hard costs) for the Online Media portion of the BP Marketing
Plan presented and approved on November 5, 2013.
OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve Task Order 112 from Peter Mayer Advertising in an
amount not to exceed $191,255.00 for Online Media portion of the BP Marketing Plan.
