STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Purchasing requests approval to begin contract negotiations with
One Diversified, LLC to provide annual audio visual system maintenance and support for the
911 Emergency Operations Center.
BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: The Purchasing Department advertised for the procurement
of service to provide annual audio visual system maintenance and support for the 911 Emergency
Operations Center. The vendor will provide complete system maintenance and emergency
support for the entire system. An Invitation to Quote (ITQ) was advertised and a total of one (1)
response was received. The quote received was from One Diversified, LLC. Their price for the
year will be $27,975.00. Purchasing staff is requesting Board authorization to negotiate with
One Diversified, LLC, to obtain a contract for these services. The completed contract will be
brought back before the Board for Approval.
OPTIONS: Approve/Deny
RECOMMENDATION: Approval to begin contract negotiations with One Diversified, LLC to
provide annual audio visual system maintenance and support for the 911 Emergency Operations
Center.
