STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval for contract renewal with First Southwest
Company.
BACKGROUND: First Southwest Company entered into an Agreement for Financial Advisory
Services on August 20, 2004. The contract was in effect for five years and the Agreement may
be renewed for additional one-year periods, at the Board's discretion. The certificate of insurance
and the Contract/Lease Renewal Form are attached.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Request to approve The First Southwest Company's contract
renewal.
