BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: December 2, 2014 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: David Skarzynski, Budget Manager SUBJECT: Budget Resolutions & Transfers Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for operating assistance block grant, in the amount of $440,269. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for family violence prevention program grant, in the amount of $20,543. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, County Transportation Trust Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for commuter assistance to operate the alternative commuter transportation route from North Okaloosa County to Fort Walton Beach area grant, in the amount of $3,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Tourist Development Special Revenue Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for urban corridor grant, in the amount of $200,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Water and Sewer Enterprise Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for commuter assistance to operate the alternative commuter transportation route from North Okaloosa County to Fort Walton Beach area grant, in the amount of $7,000. Tourist Development Council approved sponsoring the Emerald Coast Classic NCAA basketball championship hosted by Northwest Florida State College at the October 23, 2014 meeting. BT-15-8, County Transportation Trust Fund the amount of $3,000. Provide local match for Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for commuter assistance to operate the alternative commuter transportation route from North Okaloosa County to Fort Walton Beach area grant. BT-15-9, Water and Sewer Enterprise Fund in the amount of $7,000. Provide local match for Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for commuter assistance to operate the alternative commuter transportation route from North Okaloosa County to Fort Walton Beach area grant. BT-15-10, Tourist Development Special Revenue Fund in the amount of $73,800. Tourist Development Council recommended approval of an agreement with Realin’ Scripts Charters, LLC with funding from reserves at the November 20, 2014 meeting.
