THIS AMENDMENT TO THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE AND COMPENSATION AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is made and entered into on this [enter date] day of [enter month] [enter year], by and between the STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (“Department”), an agency of the State of Florida, and (Okaloosa County BCC), (“Maintaining Agency”). RECITALS WHEREAS, the Department and the Maintaining Agency on [July 1, 2015] entered into a Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement (“Agreement”). WHEREAS, the Parties have agreed to modify the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth herein. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants in this Amendment, the Agreement is amended as follows: All the terms and conditions of the Agreement are superseded and replaced in their entirety by the terms and conditions contained in Attachment “1”, Revised Terms and Conditions for the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement, attached to and incorporated into this Amendment.
