A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE
OF THE CITY FOR STORMWATER UTILITY FEES; AND
SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH:
Section I. Pursuant to the authority of section 10. 521, Stormwater
Management
Utility, of the Code of Ordinances, the Comprehensive Fee Schedule is amended
as follows:

Section II. Resolution 2008- 34 and all other resolutions or parts of
resolutions in conflict with the terms of this resolution are
repealed.
Section III. This resolution shall take effect
immediately upon approval of
the City Council.
