BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: December 15, 2015 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Ed Schroeder SUBJECT: TO 150 rev3 DEPARTMENT: Tourist Development Department BCC DISTRICT: 2,4,5 STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval for Chairman to sign Task Order 150 Revised #3 titled FY15 SMP Co-op Packages Pass Through Costs, contract C12-2007-TDC Peter A Mayer Advertising. BACKGROUND: Task Order 150 is being updated to reconcile media expenses to the year-end FY 2014-2015 Strategic Marketing Plan as presented to the TDC December 10 and the BCC December 15. The task order total is also being revised to reflect the entire media cost of the co-op placements, rather than the net County share. This will facilitate reimbursement to the agency, which has fulfilled its media placement obligations and should not be required to await reimbursement contingent upon the County’s receipt of co-op partner payment. OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove RECOMMENDATION: Approve Peter Mayer Task Order 150 Revised #3 titled FY15 SMP Co-op Packages Pass Through Costs in the amount of $230,822, and authorize the Chairman to sign.
