Please be advised that the grant request for the amount of $4, 350. 00 has been APPROVED. According to the Matching Streetscape Grant Manual, all improvements completed under this program shall be maintained by the applicant. As such, the applicant is required to enter into a maintenance agreement with the City. Attached please find the draft maintenance agreement between you, the property owner, and the City.
