Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget, Self Insurance Fund, which did not reflect
adequate appropriations for ProShare, in the amount of $524,919.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget, Road/Bridge Construction Fund, which did
not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for
supplement #1 for construction of 12th Avenue sidewalk grant, in the amount of $32,930.
BT-14-33 Self Insurance Fund in the amount of $318,211. Move over-estimated cash balance to
ProShare line item.
BT-14-34 Capital Outlay Construction Fund in the amount of $100,000. Provide funding for
DAG contract approved at the April 15, 2014 Board of County Commissioners meeting.
