This work included the addition of Salto access control hardware for doors and gates, and Phase 2 will extend this effort to the rest of the campus areas. Motion to adopt Okaloosa County School District Budget, Special Revenue Funds - Other Federal Programs - Fund 420, for Fiscal Year 2022-2023, in the amount of $26,148,187.36. Public Content This Special Revenue Fund is used to account for the Federal funds that the District receives each year unless directed by the Florida Department of Education to utilize a separate fund, such as ESSER. The District is estimating a total of $25.9 million in Federal funds for fiscal year 2022-2023 as compared to actual collections of $17.6 million for fiscal year 2021-2022. The increase of $8.3 million includes $5.3 million for IDEA (including estimated roll forward of $1.7 million) and $3.0 million for Title I (including estimated roll forward of $1.3 million). This budget item was correctly advertised and published on the Meeting Agenda for the Public Hearing at the School Board Meeting of September 12, 2022. It is placed on this Meeting Agenda to clarify and confirm that the budget item amount of $26,148,187.36 as advertised and published is the amount to be approved. 17.
