STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval of final payment for contract C14-2173-TDD,
Horizons Foundation, in the amount of $7,500.00 for 2014 Burning Up the Beaches Car Show.
BACKGROUND: The County is in receipt of a “Lokar Car Show” episode DVD of the 2014
Burning Up the Beaches event on Okaloosa Island per the contractual scope of services. Final
payment of the contract is requested.
The DVD may be viewed here: <http://www.co.okaloosa.fl.us/bub.mp4>. It may take a minute
or two to start playing.
OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove
RECOMMENDATION: Approve final payment on contract C14-2173-TDD.
