Drafting and Deliverables
¢ One Electronic copy of the survey in Autodesk Civil3D, release 2012 or later and in Adobe PDF file
format (potted, not scanned) will be provided. Submittal file will contain plot configuration files and all
electronic files used to produce the printed copy. A file containing all points (X, Y, Z format) to create
the digital terrain model. A file containing all points (P, X, Y, Z format) used to produce the printed
copy.
e Two signed and sealed prints (22"x34’) copies of the survey.
e All work will be performed under the direct supervision of a Professional licensed land surveyor shall
be responsible for all surveying services.
e All survey work will comply with the Minimum Technical Standards for Professional Surveyors and
Mappers, 5J-17.051, 5J-17.052, 61G17-6 and Chapter 472.027, Florida Administrative Code and
with the City of Tallahassee engineering Design Manual for Water and Sewer Facilities, Section 1 —
Survey Requirements.
Billing will be invoiced monthly based on a percent completion of on the total Lump Sum Fee of $5,840.00
