RE: The Plat of Hollywood Commercial Subdivision
In order to satisfy the signatory for title opinion on said
plat, we are required to make minor changes
to the bearings and distances on the plat to conform to the recorded
legal description. Weare also
changing the legal description on the plat to match the recorded description. Since we have already
secured most ofthe.signatures on both mylars, we are
making pen and ink changes.
As I understand the situation, this procedure has been
approved by Planning and Engineering. I
certify that the monumentation on the ground will be made to conform to attached plat bearings,
distances, and legal description.
