REQUEST:
City Council ratification of a Change to the Final Plat for the Hollywood Commercial Subdivision, a
proposed division of a parcel of property into two (2) platted lots, for the purpose of transfer of
ownership. The property is located at 745-749 Hollywood Boulevard NW. Requested by John Dunne,
Agent for the Osborne-Frazier Family Partnership, LLC and Franz A. and Ve Sun Richter, Owners.
BACKGROUND:
The Municipal Planning Board considered the proposed Preliminary and Final Plats for the Hollywood
Commercial Subdivision at their regular meeting on October 6, 2005. The Board recommended that
City Council conditionally approve the plats.
The applicant had the required changes made and City Council approved the Preliminary and Final
Plats for the Hollywood Commercial Subdivision at their regular meeting on October 25, 2005.
When the applicant was securing signatures on the original mylars of the final plat, the Title Attomey
discovered that the legal description thereon did not match the legal description on the deeds to the
property. The City has received a letter from Jon A. Prohaska, Vice President of Choctaw Engineering,
Inc., who advises that "
