Good Afternoon Philip, For your review, I have attached a copy of Michael Baker’s Recommendation of Award and Bid Tabulation for the Dalton Brothers, Inc. to construct the Noise Wall at the Destin Executive Airport. May we receive your written approval of the award of the contract to Dalton Brothers, Inc. so we may include it with our Agenda package requesting the Board’s approval of the award as well? Our Contract & Grants Department will also need the approval from you to include in their files.
