AMENDMENT ONE TO CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN OKALOOSA COUNTY & EXECUTIVE CLEANING, INC. C15-2306-AP THIS FIRST AMEDMENT is entered into effective this day of , 2015, by and between OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State, (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”), and EXECUTIVE CLEANING, INC, (hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR?). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the parties to this Amendment, entered into an Original Contract Agreement for janitorial services at the Destin — Fort Walton Beach Airport, dated June 5, 2015 with a current expiration date of June 5, 2017; and NOW THEREFORE in consideration for the foregoing the parties amend the Original Contract Agreement as follows: 1. Change Section III, Payment, of the original contract to read: In consideration of the foregoing promises, the COUNTY agrees to pay the CONTRACTOR the monthly lump sum price of $23,844.00 for the work actually done as are set out in the accompanying Proposal in the manner provided in the said Specifications and Proposal. Consumables will be reimbursed at cost. 2. This Amendment will be retroactive to the execution date of the original contract, June 5, 2015. 3. All remaining terms, covenanits, and conditions of the Original Contract Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
