RESOLUTION 2022- 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FY 2021- 22 COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT TO ADD THE NEW CODE ENFORCEMENT CIVIL CITATION PROGRAM FEE STRUCTURE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Resolution 99-4, adopted on April 27, 1999, establishes a Comprehensive Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS, Resolution 99-4 provides for amendment of the fee schedule by Resolution of City Council; and WHEREAS, on September 14, 2021, City Council adopted Resolution 2021- 16 establishing the Comprehensive Fee Schedule for FY 2021- 22. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT: Schedule. Section 1. Authority— Amending Fee Pursuant to the authority of Section 4.01. 01( d) of the City Code of Ordinances, Authority of Finance Director, the Comprehensive Fee Schedule is amended to adopt fee schedules within the Growth Management Department for the newly created Code Enforcement Civil Citation Program as outlined in the attached document titled City of Fort Walton Beach Comprehensive Fee Schedule dated January 11, 2022.
