STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval for Chairman to sign contract amendment #3 with
Horizons for Beach Park Bathroom Cleaning.
BACKGROUND: On September 2, the Board approved the FY 2014-15 contract renewal in the
amount of $138,549. The purpose of this contract amendment is to memorialize the change in
the annual contract price.
OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove
RECOMMENDATION: Approve contract amendment #3 with Horizons for Beach Park
Bathroom Cleaning, and authorize Chairman to sign the amendment.
