The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has determined that there is an overrun in =
eligible costs for the subject project. In accordance with the provisions of the Grant
Agreement between the United States of America and Okaloosa County dated
September 11, 2013, the FAA hereby increases the maximum Federal obligation by -
$411,529, from $2,743,526 to $3,155,055.
Please allow_approximately 30 days after receipt of this letter before attempting any
drawdowns from the letter of credit account,
All other terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement remain in full force and effect.
