ROOF SPECS
This Task Order shall be for services to produce specifications for a urethane foam roof for the Sheriff
Office building at Brackin Street, Crestview, FL. and a built up roof for the Okaloosa County Jail 1200
E. James Lee Blvd., Crestview, FL. to be used for bidding purposes. The roof replacement and permit
drawings will be prepared by the Contractor selected for the roof replacement contract(s). The
deliverables provided by Baker will be technical and supplemental division 01 specifications specific to
the roof replacement work. Site inspection and verification of existing conditions are not included in the
scope of work. The Owner will be responsible for the assembly and distribution of bid documents, and
will administrate the bidding.
The cost for completing this work shall be a lump sum of Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars and
No Cents ($9,750.00).
