The Five-Year Plan reflects the estimated new revenue and corresponding new project appropriations. Also, the Plan reflects the carryover funds from fiscal year 2015-2016 and the corresponding existing appropriation for those funds. A public hearing will be held on August 22, 2016, to receive input from the public regarding the Capital Outlay Five-Year Work Plan. Copies of the plan will be distributed to the School Board and public prior to the August 22, 2016 School Board Meeting. The purpose of the Hearing is to receive public input on the School District's Five-Year Capital Outlay Plan. Any interested party who decides to appeal any decision made by the Okaloosa County School Board with respect to any matter considered during this meeting, will need a record of proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
