RESOLUTION 2019- 15 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Resolution 99- 4, adopted on April 27, 1999, establishes a Comprehensive Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS, Resolution 99- 4 provides for amendment of the fee schedule by Resolution of City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT: Section l. Authority— Amending Fee Schedule. Pursuant to the authority of Section 4. 01. 01( d) of the City Code of Ordinances, Authority of Finance Director, the Comprehensive Fee Schedule is amended to adopt fee schedules as outlined in the attached document titled Fee Schedule Amendment, September 24, 2019. On April 27, 1999, City Council adopted Resolution 99- 4 a establishing Comprehensive Fee Schedule that incorporates into one ( 1) document all fees for City services and programs. Resolution 99-4 provides for amendment of the Fee Schedule via Resolution. Certain fees may require adoption by Ordinance if language in the Code of Ordinances requires an amendment. 2. DISCUSSION: 2. 1. Each year, in conjunction with the annual budget preparation, the entire Fee Schedule is reviewed and updated, as needed. 2. 2.
