RESOLUTION NUMBER 06- 7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE PARKS AND RECREATION MUSEUM DIVISION SECTION OF
THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH:
Section I - That the City Council hereby amends the Comprehensive Fee Schedule as
attached, and which is made a part hereof, as it relates to the above captioned sections.
Section II - All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
Section III - This resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval, and signature
by the Mayor.
