Date identification revised after checking surrounding columns: photo 09 shows Wednesday morning, July 19, 1967; photo 08 shows page 10. The AP fire report continues through photo 19 into the top of photo 21. Photo 21 shows the jury story, its neighboring United Nations column, and part of the Georgia article at right. That same UN column and Georgia text overlap photos 24-25, establishing page continuity. The photographer confirms the photos were taken in discovery order, supporting July 19 or later independently; the physical overlap supports July 19 specifically. The Georgia clipping itself does not include a printed date/header. The typeset “b ythe” and duplicated/broken sentence are retained with editorial notes; they were not silently repaired. No missing wording is invented. Newspaper allegations and testimony are reported claims, not independently established findings. Reading transcriptions normalize spacing and line-break hyphenation; bracketed flags preserve uncertainty. No generative image restoration was used.
