It was my understanding that a budget amendment should have already taken place for approximately $3,400 of my $4,180.00 request. If it has already been done, then I only need $773.13 to be moved. If the $3,400 has not already been moved, then I need the entire $4,180.00. I need the sum of $1,000.00 to be moved from Reserves to Operating Supplies, account 55201. Please place this budget request on your next board meeting and let me know when it will be. I also request that you notify William Bishop of the date and time of the board meeting. Please do not hesitate to contact me, or Kris Blom, our IT Director, if you should have any questions. Sincerely, Shirley Mitchell, Fiscal Director I cc: Stephan Hall William Bishop Kris Blom An Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer Serving Escambia, Okaloosa, Sanita Rosa and Walton Counties
