Mr. Richard Brannon July 14, 2010
Purchasing Director
Okaloosa County Fl.
Dear Richard,
We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to offer the Volvo G930 for your
consideration. In conjunction with our offer, we are pleased to be able to offer
competitive leasing solutions with Baystone Financial. With these leases, it requires
Okaloosa County to take possession of the graders at the end of the term. This was just
like the first round of G930’s that you purchased. If you decide at the end of the 36
months that you want to return the units, you will be asked to purchase the units and ASC
Construction Equipment will purchase the graders from Okaloosa County for the value
of $120,808.00 each and $483,232.00 total for all four units. This letter will serve as our
buyback offer and is conditional on the units having less than $1,500.00 in sheet metal
and glass damage and shall be in good working order and well maintained.
If you have any questions, please give me a call. Again, | want to thank you for
allowing us to serve your needs.
Sincerely,
