STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Board of County Commissioners is requested to approve final
contract payment to GAT Airline Ground Support.
BACKGROUND: GAT provided ground support for airlines serving Northwest Florida
Regional Airport which included "skycap" services for curbside baggage and escort service.
The contract expired and GAT was unsuccessful when the contract was re-bid. The attached
invoice for $5,751.66 has been presented for payment through the last date of service which was
October 23, 2013.
OPTIONS: Approve, Table, Disapprove
RECOMMENDATIONS: Recommend payment of the final invoice for $5,751.66.
