At the top of the page, under the bold and underlined title “Asset Transfer Agreement” add in the specific title of the asset to be transferred,; 2. In Section 2.3 you need to insert the address where the Property is currently located — and remove the parenthesis that says to insert it. 3. Also, | have to verify to ensure this transfer is in compliance with section 274.06, Florida Statutes, that the vehicle is of no commercial value? Or that the value is under $5,000.007 Please verify.
