Landscape Architectural Conference Center, re-design of Marler park, re-alignment of an existing par 3 golf course, refurbishment of the existing miniature golf course, and site for Construction afuture War Memorial. The Master Plan was development through a 3- step Documentation public workshop/ charrette process. m Cost Estimating In June of 2006, the Master Plan was updated. The FlOl1. J updated plan illustrates a re-development scenario Contract and Bid D which displaces the existing par 3 golf course with a propoased marina center, 250 room hotel, parking EM~ Document Preparation garage for 800 cars and relocation of the Gulfarium to this property, from its current location on the south toAST I Construction Dm1I.~ Administration and side of U. S. 98. Observation Upon approval of the Master Plan, Genesis prepared construction documententation for the 13 acre Marler Park Site. Marler Park has been designed as an extension of the Conference Center, with areas for active and passive recreation, and a boat launch facility. The design includeq a grand lawn, central restroom facility, new picnic shelters, environmental interpretive area, tot lot, public beach, fishing pier, stormwater retention, and three boat launch ramps. Services Community Design and Regional Planning Genesis Group was hired by Better Baymeadows Inc. to create a master plan Project Highlights for Baymeadows Center using a public charrette process. The site is divided Master Planning by a half mile stretch of Baymeadows Road which is a major arteria! roadway within the Baymeadows community. The site Public Charrette currently exists of numerous different parcels of commercial, and office developments. Presentation Genesis prepared site inventory and analysis drawings, and four separate concepts prior to the Charrette. The four concepts included were the following: Retrofit Plan Renovation Plan Redevelopment Plan - Suburban InfiIJ Redevelopment Plan - Urban Infill Genesis analyzed all of the public opinions to create the final master plan for Baymeadows Road. The main concept incorporates pedestrian and vehicular connectivity internally, and to the surrounding Bayberry Road and Baymeadows Way. Moderate infill developments and the closure of some access points also key to the were design.
