BACKGROUND: Eglin License #FTFA-EG-3-10-006 provides for the use of property on Eglin AFB to conduct emergency dredging in the East Pass navigation channel due to erosion from hurricanes. The license expired 28 February 2015. The purpose of the letter dated 11 Jun 2015 is agreement by both parties that terms of the expired license will remain in effect until a new license can be issued. OPTIONS: Approve or Deny RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Chairman to sign Department of the Air Force acknowledgement letter dated 11 Jun 2015.
