I won't bore you with the details that got us to this seemingly impromptu action. I need an answer as to
whether the attached amendment to FDEP Agreement 50834 requires a coordination sheet? All the
amendment does is move $20,000 from Contractual (originally $78,470) and allocates that to Salaries as
shown below; all of which are on a reimbursable basis. Original agreement was approved by the Board
in Sep 2015.
See Page 4 of 5 of Amendment 1 (attached): "Contractual: $58,470.00 (collection, processing, and
disposal of HHW and program advertisement).
Salaries: Allowable Costs not to exceed $20,000.00 (Landfill and Recycling Foreman: $26.97 per hour;
Hazardous Materials Technician I: $11.90 per hour; Hazardous Technician II: $14.53 per hour; Recycling
Equipment Operator I: $17.97 per hour; and, Recycling Equipment Operator II: $14.76 per hour). Any
salary costs exceeding the maximum allowable costs remain the sole responsibility of the Grantee."
We need this placed on the June 7 agenda so as to comply with the timeline in the agreement of June
12, 2016.
