Requests, responses and what is still missing
16 agency and reference tracks · 46 dated events · status as of October 14, 2026
Five acknowledged tracks await substantive results: Santa Rosa County, Navy/CNIC, FDOT, DFS/State Fire Marshal and FDLE. Jay Fire, FHP and UWF have delivery problems or unconfirmed delivery; they are a separate group.
The House supplied journal pages September 30. The prior “no acknowledgment” entry was wrong. The Archives thank-you sent October 14 was rejected five seconds later and was not delivered.
16 identified agency/reference tracks reconciled from preserved tracker, Squawk messages and available original emails. This is not a claim that every historic outbound attempt has been recovered. FOIA is used colloquially; tracks include federal FOIA, Florida public-records requests and library reference inquiries.
Exact times below are stored correspondence timestamps, not guaranteed delivery times. Original email headers were checked for the recovered House response and Archives thank-you rejection. Dates without times remain day-level. September records contain a known FDLE date inconsistency. CDT is UTC−05:00 for these dates.
