Request approval of a Resolution requesting that proposals related to Workforce Development Board Chairpersons and Board Members contained in proposed revisions to state statutes (PCB BCAS 12-01) be withdrawn. 3. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2012 Budget, General Fund, to reflect appropriations for transfer in from the County Health Department fund in the amount of $150,000. 4. BT-12-15 to provide budget modification to the Okaloosa County Health Department due to funding received for duties as the Franklin County Health Department Interim Director in the amount of $150,000. 5. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2012 Budget, General Fund, to reflect appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation for Amendment 3 to Non- Emergency Transportation grant in the amount of $29,675. 6. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2012 Budget, General Fund, to reflect appropriations from Florida Department of Law Enforcement for Project Safe Neighborhood grant in the amount of $8,500. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2012 Budget, General Fund, to reflect appropriations from Florida Department of Law Enforcement for Metadata Planner grant in the amount of $100,000. 8. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2012 Budget, Supervisor of Elections General Fund, to reflect appropriations from Defense Human Resources Activity for Federal Voting Assistance Program grant in the amount of $1,639,878. 9. Request approval for the Water & Sewer Director to sign a compliance letter and forward payment to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection related to the Mid-County service area sampling. 10. Request approval of the re-appointment of two current members of the Planning Commission due to expiration of their terms. 11. Request approval of a request submitted by At the Beach Wedding by Grand Photography for a Qualified Beach Vendor permit for calendar year 2012. 12. Request approval of a request submitted by Barefoot Weddings for a Qualified Beach Vendor permit for calendar year 2012. 13. Request approval of a request submitted by Footprints in the Sand Weddings for a Qualified Beach Vendor permit for calendar year 2012. 14. Request consideration and approval of a proposed No Contact Clause policy which would be included in all solicitations for goods and services. 17. Department Business 1. Jeff Littrell/Water & Sewer a. Request consideration and approval for staff to work with the County Attorney and City of Fort Walton Beach staff to negotiate a sewer force main Interlocal Agreement which will be brought back to the Board for final approval. District: 2, 3 & 4. b. Request approval of and authorize the Chairman to execute an Agreement for a Deed of Easement with the Air Force for future water supply planning. District: 1. c. Request approval of the recommendation to use Regions Bank to secure funding for capital projects in the OCWS 5 year Capital Improvement Plan. District: All. 2. John Hofstad/Public Works a. Request approval of and authorize the Chairman to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Waste Management for the One + One + One garbage/recycling pilot program for the Poquito Bayou/Longwood area and selected unincorporated areas in Shalimar. Request approval of and authorize the Chairman to execute an Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for a 319 Grant to perform stormwater projects in the Gap Creek Drainage Basin. District: 4. c. Request consideration of a request submitted by the Magnolia Forest Home Owner’s Association for acceptance of Wren Way under permanent County roadway maintenance. District: 5.
