SUBJECT: Crossings at Kelly Plantation - Final Plat Approval

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Final plat approval for the proposed 15 lot single family home
detached residential subdivision as submitted by Matt Zinke with Gustin, Cothern & Tucker, Inc.
on behalf of the property owner, DKLM Investments, LLC. The property is currently zoned
Mixed Use 2 (MU 2) with a Mixed Use 2 (MU 2) future land use map designation and lies
within the Kelly Plantation Planned Unit Development (PUD) Master Site Development Plan
dated March 20, 2012.
BACKGROUND: The proposed development was submitted for review and approval on
February 23, 2012 and was issued a Development Order (DO) on June 29, 2012. All
infrastructure has been constructed and all departments’ approvals are on file.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval of the final plat as presented.
