John — plan to do an update to the board on the park’s work ahead and include in it a recommendation that we designate these revenues to fund the work. It sounds like the funds on both of these leases should begin coming in shortly. I'll ask (by copy of the email) for John to do an agenda item where we brief the board on how these revenues are recommended to be spent on the new park for improvements and maintenance. I'll also ask Gary to create a separate account for these lease payments to go into in order to delineate these funds for the improvements/maintenance of the Veteran’s Park that’s being planned.
