The District has distributed stipends for materials and supplies to eligible PreK-12 classroom teachers

distributed to eligible Florida Teachers Classroom Supply Assistance Program positions. The proposed
stipends for the Adult Vocational Teachers will be funded from Workforce Development, and the
proposed stipends for the remaining positions will be funded from Project 5080 - Florida Teacher Supply
- General Fund. The estimated total cost is $15,763.00. These employees shall use the stipend for the
purpose of purchasing materials and supplies consistent with the rules and requirements of the Florida
Teachers Classroom Supply Assistance Program.

A correction of a typographical error in the Renewal Agreement for the
2016-2017 School Resource Officer Program has been made to the
contractual amount that was presented to the Board at the June 27, 2016
meeting. The Agreement presented to the Board at that time should have
reflected an amount of $1,231.300.00 instead of $1,163,327.00.
The correct contractual amount of $1,231,300.00 was agreed upon by the
parties by their signature to the Agreement, reflecting $1,231,300.00.
There is no additional impact to the budget, as the amount of $1,231,300.00
was budgeted as contracted.
