I have letter from Charles Johnson dated September received a copy of the 22, 1982, exercising Metric' s Option to Purchase Parcel # 2. I have therefore included the documentation to change the Option Agreements, and a copy of the deed to effect Metric Systems intent to purchase Parcel.# 2. Idrafted a form of an off- site improvement agreement which I have also think would apply to Metric Systems C~ rporation, to Amstar and to any other companies that may build in the Industf'ial Park. I suggest the same agreement for all companies, unless there is something unique about a particular project~ appreciate it if you would ask Mrs~ aylorto prepare a resolution y I would authorizing your signature on the Metric deed. vThe- resolution authorizing the Option Amendment and the resolution authorizing your signature on the Metric deed should be on the agenda for the first meeting in October. By copy of this 1 etter I am provi ding a copy of each of these agreements to Johnny Fortune, who represents Metric Systems Corporation.
