Discussion Agenda Subject : 3.1 RFP 22-01 Underwriting Services, presented by Vince Windham, Program Director, Purchasing, and recommended by the Superintendent for approval. Meeting : Nov 29, 2021 - Special Meeting Type : Action Fiscal Impact : No Budgeted : No Recommended Action : Motion to approve the committee's recommendation for RFP 22-01  Underwriting Services. The committee recommends that the School Board designate the top ranked firm BofA Securities, Inc., as the Senior Manager for the 2022 COP Issue and the second ranked firm Raymond James & Associates and the third ranked firm RBC Capital Markets, LLC, as the Co- Managers for that issue. For future financing transactions, it is recommended that the School Board reserve the right to rotate the Senior Manager position among the three firms.
