STATEMENT OF ISSUE: County Policy (see attached) requires that items of property valued
at over $1,000 found missing or sold be removed from the County Fixed Asset Ledger after
Board approval. Attached is a listing of items requiring approval & justification for same. The
stretchers from Public Safety were sold.
BACKGROUND: N/A
OPTIONS: Approve or Reject.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval to remove from the County Fixed Asset
Ledger.
