Organizational Session Subject : 2.3 Establish the 2018 School Board Meeting Schedule Meeting : Nov 9, 2017 - Special Meeting - Organizational Session Type : Action Recommended Action : Motion that the Board continue conducting regular meetings on the second and fourth Monday of each month with appropriate adjustments for holidays, and that both regular meetings be held in the School District Central Administration Complex, in the Training Room, in Niceville beginning at 6:00 p.m.; and that the Board will conduct a workshop at 9:00 a.m. on the Thursday preceding each regular meeting to be held in the School District Central Administration Complex, in the Training Room in Niceville. Public Content The School Board will hold its annual organizational session on November 9, 2017, for the purpose of electing officers. Approval is requested to allow the Finance Department to continue using the existing signatures for the signing of accounts payable and payroll checks until new signatures plates are received and installed on the AS/400 and the Burroughs check signing machine.
