A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A DEED TO BLAKE CONSTRUCTION COM-
PANY, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager on behalf of the City
of Fort Walton Beach, is hereby authorized to execute the
attached deed and option to purchase conveying certain
property in the City Industrial Park to Blake Construction
Company of Polk County, Florida, for the purchase price
of $ 3, 001. 00 per acre for two acres with an option to
purchase an additional two acres within one year for the
same price.
SECTION 2. That this resolution shall take full
force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval
by the Mayor.
