ro © RESOLUTION 82-48 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE A DEED TO METRIC SYSTEMS CORPORATION, CONTAINING 5.03 ACRES MORE OR LESS IN THE FORT WALTON BEACH INDUSTRIAL PARK, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. The City Manager on behalf of the City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby authorized to execute a deed for 5.03 acres more or less, in-the Fort Walton Beach Industrial Park, a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
