Approval is requested for TPM Program #6, Task Order #15 - Scope Modification #1, Davidson Middle School Grading and Drainage Repair Project at the
Gymnasium, in the amount of $50,974.00. This GMP was approved by The School Board on February 28, 2022.
The scope of work consists of the regrading of a grass area near the Gymnasium. Over the years the exterior grade has risen above the weep holes in the brick
veneer and ponding water against the building is entering through the weep holes and flooding the gym. To address this issue we will add two collection basins in
the newly graded area between the gym and the sidewalk and tie the existing downspouts to the new underground piping that we install for the new structures.
Sidewalk repair, sodding, and irrigation is required. This is being treated as an emergency and needs to be done before schools start in early August.
Please contact Dr. Bill Smith for additional information, 689-7158.
