SUBJECT: Extension of Contract C11-1860-GM
DEPARTMENT: Growth Management

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Matrix Design Group has completed work on the Eglin JLUS
Small Area Study, but has not yet delivered the final hard copies. Their contract expired on
October 31, necessitating the extension. The County will not authorize final payment until this
deliverable is received.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends that Contract C11-1860-GM be extended until
December 31, 2012.
