Public Content The School Board will hold its annual organizational session on November 18, 2014, for the purpose of electing officers. Approval is requested to allow the Finance Department to continue using the existing signatures for the signing of accounts payable and payroll checks until new signatures plates are received and installed on the AS/400 and the Burroughs check signing machine. This process takes approximately 30 to 45 days.
