Recommended Action : Motion to approve the committee's recommendation of award for ITB 17-11, and the use of FY 2016-2017 Capital Outlay project contingency dollars to temporarily fund the project for the emergency repair of Choctawhatchee High School stadium bleachers, in the amount of $99,800. Public Content Approval of the committee's recommendation of the award for ITB 17-11, Choctawhatchee High School Stadium Repairs. The awarded vendor is Harold Gaines, LLC, in the amount of $99,800. A copy of the award tabulation is attached. Approval is requested to use FY 2016-2017 Capital Outlay project contingency dollars to temporarily fund the project for the repair of the Choctawhatchee High School stadium beleachers until insurance proceeds are received.
