The Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Salary Schedule for Professional/Technical personnel was approved on September 23, 2024. The
Professional/Technical Salary Schedule is unique in that Pay Grades 1 and 2 are paid in the same manner as Administrative personnel
and Pay Grades 3, 4, and 5 are paid in the same manner as Education Staff Professionals. The Superintendent is recommending that
this salary schedule be split into two salary schedules: Professional/Technical #1 (Pay Grades 1 and 2) and Professional/Technical #2
(Pay Grades 3, 4, and 5).
When the Administrative and Managerial Salary Schedules were approved in September, they each included a provision that would allow
employees promoted to these schedules to be placed on the salary schedule in the appropriate pay grade at the lowest step which
reflects an increase in pay then receive an additional three steps. The Superintendent is recommending that employees upon promotion
to the Professional/Technical Salary Schedule also receive an additional three steps.
These recommended changes will be effective July 1, 2024.
