BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, OKALOOSA
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Don R. Amunds, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners,
Okaloosa County, Florida, be authorized to execute the following JOINT PARTICIPATION
AGREEMENT on behalf of Okaloosa County to provide for the following project:
